High Protein Meals

Eggs & Oatmeal Mass Maker

If you are a bodybuilder or just looking for a high protein breakfast I have got the meal for you.         





Breakfast Ingredients
12 egg whites 

1 whole egg 

1 cup oatmeal 

1 can "no salt added" sliced mushrooms 

2 table spoons of natural peanut butter 

3 oz fresh spinach
Directions
Combine mushrooms and spinach in frying pan over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes. While spinach and mushrooms are cooking in a medium mixing bowl combine egg whites and the whole egg. Mix together until yoke is broken and mixed evenly in. Pour eggs in to frying pan with spinach and mushrooms and cook till desired cooked level. Microwave oatmeal for about one minute and thirty seconds, mix oatmeal with natural peanut butter. Enjoy your muscle mass maker breakfast!
