This morning I decided to shake things up a little with my
morning protein shake. This recipe is simple and is good change from your usual
breakfast shake. The shake combines the chill of peppermint with the richness
of dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
1- Cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1- Scoop protein powder
2-Tbsp dark cocoa powder
¼ Tbsp. peppermint extract
½-Cup dark chocolate frozen yogurt
2-Tbsp. Light whipped cream
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until
desired smoothness. Garnish with whipped cream and dusting of dark chocolate
cocoa powder.
