40g of quick cook oats
32g of natural peanut butter
1- Scoop Chocolate protein powder
Preparation
Pour 40g of quick cook oats in to a bowl. Add ½ cup of water and place in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Remove bowl and add peanut butter and protein powder. Mix until smooth.
