Frozen Coffee Protein Shake

If you are a coffee lover and looking for a great morning or post workout protein shake then this is the recipe for you. This shake is great for a morning boost or for post workout recovery. Next time you get a coffee craving give this a try.
                                                        Ingredients:

4oz- International delight iced coffee 

1-tbs cocoa powder 

4oz- skim milk 

2-scoops protein powder 

5-6 ice cubes 

2oz- light whipped cream 
Dash of ground coffee




Preparation 
Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Garnish with whip cream and dash of coffee grounds
