Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Shake

We all know from our childhood that the best combo of all times is chocolate and peanut butter. But what about chocolate, peanut butter and banana? Well you should try this triple combo protein shake after your workout next time to really help jump start the muscle recovery process. It is a great post-workout shake that will definitely change the way you look at the old chocolate and peanut butter combo.
Ingredients:
1-Frozen banana (126g) 

2- Tbsp. cocoa powder 

1 Scoop protein powder 

2 oz. Natural peanut butter 

8 oz. Unsweetened almond milk 

4-5 Ice cubes
Preparation 
Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Pour in to chilled glass.
